We begin harvesting our chestnuts in late September or early October and finish in mid to late November. After de-burring, sorting and cleaning our chestnuts are ready to sell or make into various canned chestnuts, candied chestnuts, butters, purees or desserts. We sell two varieties -- orchard run and premium, and can ship the 48 contiguous states (contact us for shipping costs). Orchard run chestnuts are best for stuffings, mixed with veggies or in soups while the Premiums are best for intact desserts.
